I Take No Pleasure In The Death Of Wicked People

As surely as I live, says the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of wicked people. I only want them to turn from their wicked ways so they can live...

These words were spoken when God sent Prophet Ezekiel to give hope to the Israelites who were were wasting away in their sins yet could not do anything about it. God has no delight in the ruin of sinners. It is His desire that sinners should turn and live than they go on and die.  Knowing that all efforts of man alone failed to keep him cleansed of sin and wickedness, God sent His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die for all mankind so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Your Loving Father wants you to have eternal life. This eternal life, otherwise known as salvation, is a full package. It constitutes material preservation, deliverance, peace, health, well-being, and healing. It is God's desire that even the wicked turn from their wicked ways and receive eternal life.

Is your heart aligned with the heart of your loving Father? What are your thoughts towards those that are not saved?

Prayer: Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your gift of salvation. Thank You for the great difference it makes in my life. Father, I know Your desire for mankind is that none should perish but should have eternal life. Father, align my heart with Yours. I pray that by Your grace and the power of Your Holy Spirit, I will be able to reach out to those who are unsaved. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

I Will Bring Health And Healing To You

...I will bring health and healing to you; I will heal My people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security

Your Loving Father makes this promise to you today, knowing that He has put everything in place to ensure this promise is manifested in your life.

The life and death of Jesus Christ on the cross has brought this promise to realization for you. By the stripes of Jesus, you have been healed. Because of Jesus Christ, you can have life and have it more abundantly. Your Loving Father promises to allow you enjoy abundant peace and security. Because of what Jesus Christ has already done for you, you have health to your mortal body, to your spirit and to your soul. You also have peace. These will keep you in a good frame and fit for the employments and enjoyments of the spiritual and physical life.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the promise and provision to give me health. I thank You that because of Jesus, I can live a full healthy life in peace and security. Father You know the desire of my heart to be healed of this illness [mention any illness you may be experiencing. If you do not have any ailment but you know someone who has, mention the person's name and illness]. I ask now for Your healing touch. You are the God of yesterday, today and forever. I know that You are able and that just like in Bible times, You can heal me. I declare, Father, that by the stripes of Jesus, I have been healed. I pray this in Jesus’ name, amen.

There Is Nothing Too Hard For Me

I am the Lord, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for Me?

Your Loving Father declares to you that He is the God of all peoples of the world. He is your God. He is self-sufficient. He is the One worthy of your worship, praise and idolization. He is not God of a few but He is the God of all.

Today, your Loving Father says to you, "Is there anything too hard for Me?" He wants you to know that He is someone you can depend on. Do you think you do not have a basis for your hopes and desires? Do you face a situation that appears hopeless? Do you feel that there are some matters which there is no point bringing before God?

Nothing is too hard for your loving Father. It does not matter how the natural looks like. God wants to bless you beyond your expectations, and He knows how to accomplish His plans.  Dare to dream and believe again.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for being my God. I know that there is nothing to hard for You. I choose to trust You with my whole heart. I pray that by Your grace I will be able to stand strong in faith and not entertain any doubts in my heart for I am secure in Your love for me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Dedicate some time (no matter how little) worshipping God today.

When You Come Looking For Me, You Will Find Me

When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I'll listen. When you come looking for me, you'll find me. Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I'll make sure you won't be disappointed. I'll turn things around for you.

Your Loving Father wants to have a relationship with you. He listens every time you call on Him, every time you praise and worship Him, and every time you make requests and supplications to Him. When God is about to give His people the expected good,  He pours out a spirit of prayer. If you find yourself filled with a spirit of prayer, know that something good is about to spring forth.

Your Loving Father knows you will find Him when you seek Him with all your heart. Do you desire to know more and experience more of Him? But are there other things you put first before Him? To get serious about finding God you need to do it continuously, do it in sincerity and uprightness, and with vigour and fervency.

Today your Loving Father says to you, "when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I'll make sure you won't be disappointed." When you seek God, you will find Him,  and you shall find Him as a Rewarder.

Prayer: Father, I am thankful that You do not make it difficult for me to find You, for You are never far away and are always happy to be found. I pray that by Your grace, I might pursue You with all my heart and my soul, having a child-like anticipation of finding You. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

I Know The Plans I Have For You

I'll show up and take care of you as I promised...I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.

God spoke these words to the people who had been exiled to Babylon by King Nebuchadnezzar. Though the original hearers of this message faced a bleak situation—they had lost homes, land, and independence—God looked to their future. He saw beyond their circumstances. He did not plan to abandon them but rather had plans to take care of them and give them peace.

Today your loving Father says to you, "I'll show up and take care of you as I promised...I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for."

Perhaps you are facing a situation and you don't know what to do. God looks beyond your circumstances. He will not abandon you but He will take care of you. He will show up on your behalf right on time. He will give you the future you hope for.
Don't let any circumstance stop you from dreaming and hoping. God will give you the future you hope for.

Suggestions for Prayer: Thank God that He has good plans for you. Thank Him that you can still hope for a future because He will give it to you. Ask God to help you yield to His plan for your life. Pray for the ability to be patient for His perfect timing.

Shaping You As Seems Best To Me

Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in My hand...

God spoke these words after He had directed Jeremiah to go to a potter's house and observe him  moulding clay into pots on his wheel. As Jeremiah watched, he saw that the potter had discovered a flaw in the pot he was shaping in his hands. The potter pressed the clay into a lump and formed it into another pot.

God uses this analogy, this simile, to tell you of His sovereign dealing with you. He says to you today,"Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in My hand,". He might see some flaws in you which could cause Him to mould you into a better person, fit for His purpose. His moulding you might be in simple things like making you have a friend who is your opposite in personality, so you have a different outlook to life. It could be like giving you an assignment, which you think you are not capable of, just to bring out some of your latent talents. Or it could be that He allows you to pass through a situation to bring out the best in you spiritually. Allow God shape you into the person He wants you to be.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me and desiring the best for me. Thank You that in Your sovereignty, You shape me to bring out the best in me. Deep in my heart I know that I can trust You as my Potter when You break me to remove my imperfections. Though it is a painful and deliberate process, I invite You to take charge as You breathe new life into my soul. Show me the better way and faithfully guide me as You mould me into Your Image. As I go through any purifying process, give me the grace to stand firmly during the testing periods of my life. I want to be a vessel of honor that will bring glory to You. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen..
